All Below Issues Must Be Informed To Us By 24 Hours After Receiving the Product at our support email address support@daddydrones.in  or on our whattsapp no 7208204541 with appropriate Unboxing video and images .
Note : all our drones not come under easy returns or refund warranty . Please Read Carefully our returns and refund policy befor buying a product .

2.Terms of Returns And Refund 
2.1. Any Motor or Fan Not Working 
   If You Found That There is a issue with Motor or fan please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for For This send us the drone back 
   we will either repair it or Replace the product with the new one . Please make a video for it . 
2.2. Stability Issue 
   If You Found That There is a issue with Stability please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for For This send us the drone back
   we will either repair it or replace the product with the new one . please make a video for it 
2.3. Motor or Fan Issue 
   If You Found That There is a issue with Motor or fan please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same .
 we request you to please read carefully the camera description before buying the product . 
2.4. if you found that battery or adapter is not working please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for battery and adapter issue is we will 
send you a new battery or adapter . please make a video for it . 
Note : After 24 Hours Battery and adapter will be provided on cost which will be paid by receiver 
2.5. Remote Or Any Part Damage 
   If You Found That There is a Damage  please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for For This send us the drone back 
   we will either repair it or Replace the product with the new one . Please make a video for it . 
2.6. Dont Like The Product / Or Find Quality 
   If receiver Dont Like The Product In This Case We Dont Accept The Return Or Refund We Request You Please Read Carefully Our Return And Refund Policy Before Buying Any

 3.Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Daddydrones if:

          3.1 The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Daddydrones is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Daddydrones shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;

          3.2 The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;

          3.3 The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Daddydrones records;

          3..4 The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, Remote, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;

          3..5 There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;

          3..6 In the case of electronics, if the Products sought to be returned are not sealed in the poly jiffy bag provided by Daddydrones

         3.7 The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used or defect; or

         3.8 Daddydrones is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.

         3.9 Daddydrones shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any such Products that may be specified by Daddydrones From time to time.

        

4. How soon will I get my refund?

4.1      Once your return request is received. Our Return Team inspects the returned product thoroughly; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your       returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or the cost that may incurred if the product doesn’t fall under manufacturing defect.If Approved We Will Send refund within 7 working days 

4.2      If the product is eligible for refund or replacement, we will communicate the same via registered email id

      


5.How Will You Refund If Product Purchase On Cod ?

5.1      If Product is purchase under COD will ask you for your bank account details and refund you on the same account withing 7 working days after receiving the product

5.2      If Product is purchase under Via Payment Gateway we will refund to same account through payment gateway withing 7 working days after receiving the product
